What is Kahoot? Kahoot is a tech tool that can be used to make quizzes, discussions, and surveys for students to participate in. It allows its users to choose from already crafted items, as well as gives them the opportunity to develop their own creations. After teachers have made their creation, it is assigned a pin. When they are ready to use the Kahoot in the classroom, teachers give students the game pin and the students then enter the number into their computers, phones, or tablets. For Kahoot quizzes, a question will appear on the students' screens and they pick the answer that they believe is correct. In scoring the game, Kahoot takes into account how fast students respond, as well as whether or not they get the questions right. After all the questions, Kahoot determines the winner.
